QUALITY CONTROL TESTING AND PERMITTING
The goal of Developed Dar Al-Omran is to achieve the purpose of a quality management plan and perform to the utmost quality in a safe manner. The purpose of the Quality Control Plan is to establish a basis for providing construction efforts that comply with the project specification and working drawing, exclusive of contractor-furnished equipment and materials. Performance and construction with necessary supervision, inspection, and testing of all required items of specified works by all sub-contractors and vendors. Developed Dar Al-Omran strives to obtain a uniform, high-quality level of workmanship throughout all phases of procurement, fabrication, construction, installation of equipment and facilities, start-up, and testing. Developed Dar Al-Omran can, if requested by the client, provide a testing inspector who can work with the client to establish the testing procedures required for the project. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The Developed Dar Al-Omran. project manager will develop the project implementation plan for the project. This plan provides the framework and the road map for the successful steps, mutual dependencies, and deadlines of main milestones like supply materials, site preparations, testing, and substantial and final acceptance hand-over. The initial program costs and schedule will be reviewed, indicating specific and accurate quantity and schedule information as requested by the client. The project implementation plan is submitted to the client for review and approval. While this plan forms the baseline for the project team, it should be understood that such a plan must be dynamic to be effective. If changes to the plan become necessary, the plan is updated and issued to all project team members, describing the modified project plan for completion of the project.

Organization Of Project Team
The key to successful management of any construction program is the company of the project team. Developed Dar Al-Omran team consists of dedicated individuals whose talent and expertise match the specific requirements of the project this idea holds true at all levels of the team, from the onsite technician construction managers, right up through the project director.
Elements of the team should include the client, DDO Architect, and member of the client project team, as required, to achieve the goal of the management’s plan.
Developed Dar Al-Omran will issue a memorandum of understanding to all team members outgoing the roles and responsibilities of each of the participating parties.
Coordination procedures when established and maintained. including a project implementation plan (PIP) outlining the major milestones of the program.
The project team will work together to help and establish achievable project milestones and schedules; we will then work to ensure that the project goals are carried out during the mobilization and construction phases of the project.
